Fees and Terms
The Silver Oak Hall
- $1550 per four (4) hour event (Additional hours at $200 per hour must be coordinated with Event Planner)
- Afternoon events in The Silver Oak Hall are four (4) hours and must conclude by 4:00 pm
- Evening events are four (4) hours and outdoor music must conclude by 10:00 pm
- Two (2) hours event set up time will be coordinated with Event Planner
- $250 Clean Up
- Deposit required is 50% with full payment due 120 days in advance of the event.
- All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- All decorations brought into the facility must be taken out at the conclusion of the event.
The Lake House
- $750 per night
- $150 clean-up
The Hillside Cabin
- $450 per night
- $150 clean-up
The Country Loft
- $200 per night
- $100 clean-up
The Grand Texan Package
Guests who desire a truly private retreat can select the Grand Texan Package which includes exclusive use of the entire property and all amenities. Hackberry Hill Farm is all yours during your stay. Contact us for details.
For each accommodation:
- 6% Sales Tax will be added to all rental fees
- Check in 4:00 pm, check out 12 noon
- Three (3) night minimum stay during Antique Week.
- Damage Deposit: $500 refundable damage deposit is required and, if no damage occurs, the deposit will be returned ten days after the conclusion of the stay or event.
- No pets and no smoking allowed inside accommodations or around pool.
